- Staging and shooting of all video and audio footage both still and live action (company headshots, company´s tv channel, bios, instructional tutorials, etc) - Editing and enhancing all footage for best visual, narrative and communication result - Storage formatting and presentation of all finished and raw footage for use and reuse within the team as well as the larger company´s network of partners or external resources - Evaluation, selection and best use of video recording, editing or enhancement equipment and software - Sound recording and sound editing as well as selection music to bring footage to next level - Create footage based on given shot list and/ or script delivered by the director/ creative director. - Maintenance of video and audio equipment - Filming, photographing in the outside world, but back in the studio or shop, the videographer becomes part of the post-production team. - Working with photography, graphics, special effects, colors, information, posters, animation - Record company´s events and creating visual inventations for Stakeholders. - Record initial tutorials footage to support company´s operations and IT teams - Record quarterly Town Hall and monthly Lunch and Learn meeting - Support other company´s video content needs on an as requested basis - Prepare culture and leadership pieces for highest level in the organisation
