Requisitos: Requirements
· At least 1 year in Contact Centre performance measures and reporting applications.
· Knowledge of WFM tools.
· Excellent skills in Excel and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analise and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
· BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics, or similar experience.
· Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
