As a Widget Supervisor, your responsibilities include: - Building, managing, encouraging and inspiring the current team in order to ensure required service levels and cost efficiency - Manage the Widget team, responsible for installing and maintaining booking modules - Investigation, development and implementation of best practices to increase productivity and quality - Create and analyzing reports - Setting up objectives for your team and following up their achievements - Coordinate with the sales team the "post-signature" phases and with the finance area the proper invoicing
