We are looking to incorporate a Head Receptionist at one of our tourist resorts located in Benalmádena Costa. As a Head Receptionist, you must have held a similar role within a high-level hotel preferably to at least 4 or 5 star standard. You will be involved with all day-to-day reception duties and will ensure the smooth-running reception desk at all times, dealing with guest queries and requests efficiently. You must provide first class customer service and should be highly organized with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. We are looking for a professional with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.
