Diamond Resorts International®, champions of happier and healthier living through the power and value of vacations, is now recruiting a highly motivated HR Analyst within the European HR team, reporting directly to the European HR Director.
The Job:
• To manage employee data to produce in-depth reports and deep-dive into data to identify meaningful business insights.
• To play an important role in analysing and providing data for strategic workforce planning and talent measurement.
• Gather and analyse data and prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations and analyses on key HR metrics utilizing different tools.
• Draft new structure charts and update existing, keeping them updated continuously in line with any changes
• Identify, design and document process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs and procedures related to HR information systems and related functions.
• Perform data analysis as needed using various techniques to reach and support conclusions.
• Supports HR Operations team with all administrative needs
• Assists in creating, filing and validating employee documents.
• Maintains and tracks employee absence information in appropriate systems.
• Any other miscellaneous duties
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, computer science, statistics or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with data/statistical analysis is mandatory.
• Experience with statistics and statistical packages (one of SPSS, R, Python, SAS, STATA, Mathematica, Matlab, etc.) are required.
• Experience with Data Analytics or Big Data is required.
• You enjoy working with numbers and complex data sheets!
• Strong relationship building skills with internal/external partners and senior staff.
• Must be a detail-oriented and exhibiting creative problem solving skills.
• Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint and other presentation software.
• Good command of both Spanish and English.
