There's no stopping us growing and we are looking for you to join our team - to start immediately, in a permanent role and at our beautiful Berlin location. As a Junior Buyer in our Accessories department you will be developing the buying process from deciding on the assortment until establishing contracts. As an operative genie you will permanently keep an eye on all relevant figures and will decide at which price products are best bought. Therefore you are in close contact with the responsible merchandisers and suppliers. You will be taking part in negotiations and put new trends forwards, having our long term commercial strategy in sight. YOUR CHALLENGE: * You will be responsible for extending and optimizing our accessories assortment. * You'll acquire new suppliers and take care of the existing supplier relations. * You will independently negotiate conditions with our suppliers. * You will setup and supervise the suppliers planning. * You will be keeping track of all relevant KPIs. * In order to ensure the availability of our products you'll work closely with our product supply management. * Our colleagues in Marketing, Logistics and Onsite Management will also be important contacts for your work.
