The Junior Quality Manager (m/f) is the main contact person for the quality checks in our production countries. Established within Strategic Quality Management in Berlin and in conjunction with your team you will be responsible for the control and evaluation of the production. YOUR CHALLENGE: * You will check and evaluate the inspection reports of our internal and external auditors, and you will communicate the results and all of the following actions to the respective suppliers and auditors. * You will assess independently the quality of shoes and accessories and you will review this with the respective product managers. * You will monitor the seasonal production plans and you will stay in direct contact with our international suppliers. * You will create various overviews and evaluations and help in the preparation of trips and fairs. * You will work together with the season planning team and you will provide input from the quality side. * You will keep the overview of all the inspections and you will act as the competent contact person for inquiries from product management, quality management and logistics. * You will support our senior managers in projects as well as in the preparation of instructions and guidelines.
