Agilent Technologies is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support and maintain our customers by deliver on-site activities as installation, maintenance, application and repair which may include hardware, software and networking products. as well as operating systems. You will focus on delivering service on chromatography instruments in the Northern Spain territory. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - On-site installation of Agilent Crosslab Group hardware/software products; Deliver customer training. - Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. - Performs maintenance and repair services. - Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations and applications , which may impact product performance. - Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business. - Delivers fully integrated solutions, which may include HW, SW (operating systems and applications software) and Applications. - Serves as an internal resource on technical issues. - May train other field engineers or customers.
