In this function you will report to Regional Manager. You are responsible for the sales & business development, daily operations & management of Specialty Rental in North Region in Spain and giving support to the rental activities in Spain. You are responsible for the sales and business development - You have direct profit and loss responsibility for the rental business in your area - You take all necessary steps to reach the NIS & Operational OPR targets - You continuously look for new business opportunities - You target market segments & customers in coordination with your Area/Region Manager - You make sure the Atlas Copco brand is First in mind - First in Choice for all our targeted customers and this in coordination with your Region Manager - You continuously monitor the Atlas Copco market share & customer share, and take actions to gain market share against competition - You implement & follow-up NPS - You have all operations running according the guidelines of "The Way We Do Things" (Finance, HR, Marketing,...) - You work in close cooperation with your colleagues of Rental - You look for synergies & close cooperation with other Atlas Copco divisions in a constructive way - You stay in good contact with the local Atlas Copco colleagues within the Customer Center.
