What is the job about?
You will work in the interface between Grundfos Sales, Service and Marketing organizations globally and the headquarter in Denmark. Overall, you are instrumental in deciding which path we will take when introducing our solution to the market. To do so, your mantra will be: know the product, the customers and the competitors. And then, you will use this knowledge to create tangible benefits for the customer. This includes defining the optimal features and services essential for commercial success. You will:
Visit customers to sell the BACMON solution and cultivate new business areas
Help create road maps and strategy as well as set the agenda for roll-out to markets
Define requirements for the technical area based on customer feedback and collaborate with the Product & Application Manager
Take the lead in explaining launch plans, market introduction and market strategy support to Sales
Publish articles, white papers and status reports about the solution and ensure that internal stakeholders understand, support and help prioritise the business and roadmap
Most of your time will be spent visiting customers across Europe initially. Subsequently, we will enter other markets. Therefore, you might live in a European capital – close to an international airport to minimize your travel time.
