We are looking for Chief entertainers with good knowledge of German, English and French for our hotels Tasks : - To manage the programs from the global project of the entertainment department and coordinate it clearly and efficient - To plan the activities with the entertainment team and report to your supervisor. - To increase the different objectives and focus (reviews, artistic activities, goal performing) - To manage the artistic program in the evening - To manage and supervise the daytime activities - To attend the different meetings with the entertainment team general managers - To be the main responsible of all given targets. - To take care and to be responsible of all material provided by FERGUS hotels - To ensure proper uniformity of each animator and respect the general rules implemented at the hotel. - To manage and participate in all the tasks of animation (activities, dance, animation micro, welcoming guests, etc.) - To optimize the public relations with the guests using new technologies- - To evaluate the members of the entertainment team We offer : - Accomodation - Meals and soft drinks
