Are you passionate about leading and motivating Teams as well as making every day special for our customers?
If so, we have a fantastic opportunity at Jet2holidays to join our Overseas Team as Area Manager - Lanzarote and Gran Canaria.
As part of the Overseas Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and service delivery of Jet2holidays either in Resort or across several areas, assisting our local agents in line with our agreed service levels and ensuring that Company policies, procedures and values are followed at all times.
Part of your role will be to carry out regular visits to the resorts, hotels and airport within your region to undertake service delivery reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development of the Team. You will also ensure that Company branding guidelines are adhered to and that updates are distributed as and when required.
To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service experience ideally gained from working with a British Tour Operator with excellent team leadership and motivational skills. You'll be confident in dealing with difficult situations and taking them to a positive conclusion.
Already living in the destination, you'll know the area inside out and speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.
To be successful in this role you will already be a driver with your own transport.
