If so, you could be the ideal Senior Overseas Representative for our Jet2holidays Team in Tenerife!

Reporting to our in resort management Team, the Senior Overseas Representative will be responsible for leading and motivating a small Team of Overseas Reps.

Yourself and your team will deliver exceptionally friendly customer service from being present at the airport, to visiting our guests at their hotels ensuring we create excellent memories of their holiday, so they come back to us time and time again.

In addition, you will be the team's first point of contact for advice, working with our local agents and colleagues at Jet2.com to represent Jet2holidays' values at all times whether this be face to face, email, over the phone or via social media.

If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers' holiday experience whilst working as one team, then this is the perfect role for you.

Already living in Tenerife and a driver with your own transport, you'll know the island inside out and speak Spanish confidently, as well as being fluent in English.
