Descripción
-Organize complaints handling activities for all European subsidiaries in order to ensure the correct timing is observed, the accuracy of information and to detect reportable cases, as well as to ensure the replacement of products are made to customers by the Customer Service Department;
- Organize all complaint handling activity for distributors. As well as the PSP-Bellatek complaint activity for all European distributors;
- Give support to Quality Department when organizing a product recall in order to ensure that all customers and national health authorities are correctly notified and all quarantined and returned products are sent to PBG/VLC;
- Coordinate Complaints related training sessions in Europe to make sure that all staff involved with complaints is adequately trained;
- Prepare composition certificates upon customer request;
- Provide complaints reports to Managing Director, Sales Rep, Customer Service and Customer upon request;
- Back up for Vigilance activities in Europe: incident reporting on medical devices and recall activities.
