Our client is a well-known company providing industrial gases for the manufacturing sector. From food packaging to eco-buses, their gases improve everything from the quality of our food to the air we breathe. The company has offices all over the world, and in Cornellà de Llobregat they have a shared service center with over 300 employees from all four corners of the globe spread accross three departments: Customer Support, Supplier Service, and Liquid Bulk:Logistics.
They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Liquid Bulk:Logistics Department
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:
- Handling calls and emails from customers and quickly identifying their needs
- Proactively maintaining customer accounts
- Ensuring all orders are entered in the SAP system
- Coordinating changes to deliveries and liasing with drivers
- Be the first point of contact for emergency response
