Requisitos: · 10+ years progressive leadership experience, and exceptional man-management expertise in leading claims professionals across borders. · 10+ years claims handling, insurance and risk management experience, operating effectively in a global matrixes environment. · Experienced within an international environment (30,000 + FTEs). · Experience of leading a claims handling function, across multiple countries. · Implemented business claims process efficiency across borders and in alignment with global and regional initiatives. · Respected as an experienced leader, with strategic "soft-selling", negotiating, presentation and financial/business acumen skills. · Proven track record of developing claims handling services / market share. · Experience of aligning claims teams to be on message with global strategy and initiatives. · Able to reside in Madrid. · Fluent in both written and spoken English. · Able to travel across when deemed necessary by IRM management.
