Requisitos: · 5+ years` experience of operating an end-to-end claims handling process, dealing with freight & marine cargo claims · Degree in either Insurance, Finance, Legal or other closely related field · Diploma in insurance (ACI) · Possess strong knowledge of claims management challenges (small, large and complex) within the supply chain / logistics industry · Strong experience in end-to-end claims handling process improvement · Designed and implemented claims reporting and data analysis for customers and key stakeholders within the business · Experience of cross boarder collaboration, ideally within a matrix organisation · Previously gained experience of working within an international environment circa 30,000 + FTEs · Understands ``shared services`` methodology and previously operated within a matrix organisation, servicing multiple customers · Fluent in both written and spoken English & Portuguese · Able to reside in Madrid
