The Customer Service Representative provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at the time of rental and return) using the company approved service techniques. He or she facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental. The Customer Service Representative performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. Some work is performed in an outside area with exposure to all types of weather and temperatures.
Candidates must speak fluent Spanish and English. Minimum education of University Degree. Previous customer service experience. Valid Spain driver’s license.
