Our company designs and manufactures innovative Point of Care medical devices on the hemostasis field exploiting the advantages of both microfluidics and Lab-on-a-Chip technological concepts under the company´s proprietary core technology.
Iline Microsystems is currently in a continued growth and expansion phase, which explains our need to recruit several professionals in different strategic areas.
One of the opening positions is for Marketing and Sales Department.
The successful candidate will work closely with the technical and quality departments, and will be responsible, among others, for the following functions:
- Identify business opportunities and develop & maintain product roadmaps.
-To create and reach sales opportunities in the channels and geographical areas assigned.
- To advise our distributors about all the questions related to the product.
- To optimize Key Opinion Leaders relationships.
- To Prepare for and participate in planning and revisions of forecasts, ensuring a constant information flow between the distributor and the Company.
- To understand, track and manage product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement across the entire product lifecycle.
- Work with Quality and Regulatory to ensure the activity is fully compliant with the Quality System and global regulatory agency requirements.
