Lead the fleet organization to ensure the reliable provision of railway rolling stock in accordance with professional engineering and established safety standards while protecting the company personnel and assets from premature deterioration and loss through accident. Ensure compliance with established company railway rolling stock standards and targets through programs that inform, educate, supervise and support a culture of compliance within the fleet organization. Establish and monitor performance of the Maintenance and Overhaul Policies and Plans for railway rolling stock. Manage the Asset Management System for Fleet vehicles. Agree and deliver the financial plan for the Fleet function.
