New 5 * hotel in Ibiza is looking to expand its sales team with a Mice Manager with a Luxury profile. His/her main task will be selling the hotel in all events segments and sales channels both domestic and international. Likewise, together with the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and carrying out the business strategy and participate in the marketing and communication of the hotel. Main functions: - Control and monitoring of events and groups in the hotel. - Preparation of the events hotel business strategy. - Opening of new channels. - Monitoring compliance with sales and billing purposes. - Make sales calls and attending trade fairs, giving support to the sales manager. - Establish pricing, sales and trading conditions. - Achieve customer loyalty through continuous monitoring. - Coordinate Fam trips aimed at improving relationships with customers and prospects. - Analyze trends in demand and competitive analysis. - Development of proposals with the aim of improving profitability and sales. - Production and statistical reports to inform management.
