-Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities related to the distribution of products, parts and accessories, either directly to customers or through wholesalers and distributors.
-Ensure adequate supply levels and timely distribution to meet market demand and maximize sales potential and inventory control.
For Logistics
-Ensure the achievement of sales objectives providing to the commercial organization a constant update on deviations in revenues and orders arrival, compared to targets
-Develop sales forecasts so that it can size the production in a consistent manner with the delivery trends expected in the medium and long term
-Ensure the compliance of the agreed deadlines
-Ensure the continuous optimization of costs distribution and stock management of finished products
-Ensure the achievement of costs, delivery, installation, and quantity of customer service level goals.
-Lead the organizational effectiveness and efficiency maximizing the engagement and the development of human capital, in line with the values and policies defined by GTD manual
For Customer Service
-Guaranteeing precise and timely orders processing according to internal policy and CRM
-To support sales force and telesales in back office activities with customers-from offer to order management
-To manage orders portfolio
-To grant adequate feedback to customers enquires
-To manage post delivery calls in order to assess customers satisfaction
-Coordinate and manage logistic operators to grant product delivery
Support After Sales and Segment Sales Teams, providing efficient and high quality delivery and installation services.
