We are looking for a person to work on all related Risk-management tasks and as well, to provide support (mail and phone) to Italian Merchants/End consumers. IMPORTANT: Language skills: Native in Italian + fluent in English is a MUST to apply. More Languages are a considerable plus for candidates. Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions: Risk: • Screening; • Risk assessment (financial risk and money laundry); • Review and report suspicious transactions/activates; • Charge backs management; • Review compliance of existing accounts. Support: • Mail and phone support to Merchants and fulfill other web related jobs. - Technical integration and use of MultiSafepay tools/features; - Review payment risks and status; - Advice and inform merchant about the rules and regulations related to the payment industry; - Complaints and Chargebacks. • Mail and phone support to End-consumers and fulfill other web related jobs. - complaints; - Explanation about their payments. • Follow standard processes and procedures, identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications, Redirect problems to appropriate resource; • Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
