After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we now have a great opportunity for a Passenger Service Supervisor to join our Ground Operations Team on a part time Fixed Term contract.
Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Passenger Service Supervisor is always there to provide operational supervision whenever and wherever it's needed. You will be responsible for the effective allocation of resource and co-ordination of duties, to ensure that all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays Customers receive a VIP service at all times.
As the Passenger Service Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the supervision of the day to day operation and Team performance. Through credible leadership and a natural passion for coaching and developing others, you'll lead and support the team to deliver high performance, whilst adhering to safety regulations. You'll be an ambassador of our safety first culture, ensuring your Team drive the culture through every aspect of their work.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coaching and developing others in a management or supervisory role. With demonstrable experience working in a customer facing role and building strong Teams, ideally you will have previous experience working in an airport environment. You must have a high degree of personal effectiveness with excellent organisational skills.
