Requisitos: · MS/BS degree in Business Administration , Engineering or equivalent preferred · English and Spanish are a must and any other languages would be a plus. A good level of French would be highly valued. · Proven working experience in product management of at least 4 years, in the Primary Packaging sector preferably coming from Caps and Closure market or decoration components packaging. · Experience in products of plastic injection or in the Cosmetics market would be a plus · Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle · Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in product development · Strong problem solving skills and willingness to participate at all levels with the project in order to meet objectives · Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proactive, fast learner, dynamic and able to adapt to change
