- Support most aspects of accounting management (billing, A/P, foreign exchange transactions, payroll, tax forms, reporting, etc.)
- Manage journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for all monthly and annual closings.
- Assist in the development and preparation of reports for management (e.g., weekly cash-flow analyses, quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts, and ad-hoc reporting).
- Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures to comply with legislation and established best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
- Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances.
- Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.
- Participate in other activities and projects as they arise.
