Requisitos: - Minimum 2 years retail experience (2-3 years specialty store management for management team) - A dynamic and energetic individual who has the ability to create an exciting environment - An opportunistic approach and a strong desire to achieve results - Exceptional people motivation and management skills - A passion for the industry and brand - Strengths in all areas of store management, front of house and back of house operations - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use KPIs to drive business performance - English language skills required; additional languages beneficial
