Requisitos: Degree in Business, Law, HR or equivalent
At least 4-5 years hands-on experience in various aspects of the HR functions, preferably within a consultancy or service environment
Understanding of talent management, development & learning, employee relations and total rewards is needed
Knowledge of HR practices and principles, including deep knowledge of labor law, payroll issues, benefits and employment regulations
Fluency in Spanish and English is required
Hands-on and pro-active approach and ability to work without strict guidance
Ability to balance company and employee needs, handle confidential information and stressful situations with tact and sensitivity
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build up quickly trusted relationship with Management members and employees
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, ...)
