As part of the Experiments Division, the Chemistry & Micro-Imaging Lab provides the platform and expertise for sample preparation and characterization for experimental work at the ESRF. The facilities comprise fully equipped laboratories, specific equipment for handling air- and moisture-sensitive substances as well as analytical instrumentation. As technician for the Chemistry & Micro-Imaging Laboratories, your missions are the following: • Play an active role in the day-to-day operation of the Chemistry & Micro-Imaging Laboratory • Provide support to users and participate in projects assigned to the lab • Contribute to the upgrade and permanent improvement of the lab infrastructure • Maintain laboratory equipment, manage stock of chemicals and consumables • Edit professional experimental protocols and manuals
