Duties: You will join the Reactor Division’s “Electricity and Electronics Service”, where you will be assigned to the project ‘STR Refroidissement’ (Stress Test Response Cooling) for the commissioning of three of the ILL reactor’s cooling systems: the groundwater circuit, the emergency water makeup system and the emergency core reflood system. You will also be involved in the project known as “Groupe Permanent 2017” for preparing the ten-yearly reactor safety review. As a technician, you will be responsible for the following: • The drafting of technical specifications for the above-mentioned systems and, more specifically, for the pulling of cables for these systems and for the verification of their leak-tightness, as well as for the manufacture of seismically resistant cable trays. • The follow-up of calls for tender and visits by suppliers. • The preparation and monitoring of work in compliance with quality assurance procedures. • The acceptance testing.
