The goal of the program is to provide a fast track into the IT business, offering a wide variety and challenging opportunities. Your home location is Hanover, Germany, and you are employed with an unlimited contract. As a member of the IT graduate program, you will be part of a multicultural and high-performing team. If so, you are welcome to start your career with us as a trainee. - During the individual program, you will complete four assignments, each six months long, in different IT functions, locations and divisions dealing with currently ongoing projects and topics. - The first assignment will be in one of our IT departments in Germany, while the following ones will be cross-divisional and/or based abroad. Your challenging project assignments allow you to assume responsibility immediately and enable you to prove your skills while solving problems, shaping innovations, and contributing to a change. - Your challenge: You will participate and contribute to real-life projects and get on-the-job training in different IT areas. - Your opportunity: You will be assigned to at least one project abroad.
