Register of primary account: bank, invoices, petty cash flow
· Check sales/purchase journals
· Issue/delivery of invoices
· Maintain customer relationship
· Performing various clerical duties including, but not limited to, receiving & shipping courier packages, greeting visitors, sorting & distributing mail and answering phones
· Effectively managing all paperwork and files appropriately
· Drafting letters, faxes and emails
· Ordering and coordinating the delivery of office material for the productive plant, IT goods and necessary spare parts for MOI
· Ordering and maintaining general office supplies
· Maintaining the photocopier (toner, paper, etc.) and making service calls as required
· Bring/receive documents from the authorities, collaborators etc
· Supporting general business operations by providing various administrative support activities.
· Travel management (hotel booking, flight tickets, car renting…)
· Other duties related to the position
