We are looking for a Tourism Information Centre Manager for an international retail company. This person will be responsible for people management, customer service and tourisim organization. Similar experience of at least 5 years and high level of English is required.
As a Tourism Information Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the recepcionist team and giving an excelent customer sevice to the clients.
You will be responsible for:
-Customer service
-People Management, review the performance & development of the team
-Oversee marketing, visitor management and the development of the tourism
-Supervise the collection and management of key tourism and marketing data, produce reports
-Manage and monitor KPI performance of Gift card, SCS and online promotions through close review, timely reporting and follow up
-Review competitor activity and provides regular feedback to the business
-Work closely with the team to plan events
