MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
This is an exciting role for a university graduate or someone with commercial experience in providing software solutions to integrate cash machines into bank front office processes. Working in conjunction with the Sales Team, the Software Support Specialist will prepare, follow up and analyze pilot projects. The job requires technical skills to take care of software connectivity for pilots, providing connectivity support for the development of various connectivity solutions. The role also requires providing technical training and support for the device implementation and localization. This role will allow the right candidate an opportunity to grow within a reputable and rapidly expanding international company, as well as expand multicultural relationships traveling around EEMEA region (East Europe, Middle East & Africa).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide software solution and technical support to business partners during pilot projects
• Provide consultancy for connectivity development to integrate Glory products into existing IT infrastructure.
• Deliver technical training to business partners.
• Perform required local product testing to ensure product is fit for market.
• Support roll-out projects.
• Interface for technical escalations between business partners and Glory technical support teams (after sales support).
