We are recruiting a Trainer with an excellent level of Spanish and English to work in a multinational company in Lisbon, Portugal. This person will be responsible for providing training sessions in the company. The Trainer is responsible for welcoming newcomers to the company's projects and providing them with initial training sessions regarding their new position. As Trainer you will be responsible for the development of an on-site training function that supports and drives performance improvement. You will conduct initial training for our new hires, introducing to them the company and their new roles. Your task will be to identify training needs and implement continuous training programs. You will take part in the development of long-term training plans ensuring that our employees are trained to highest standard.
