Key-Responsibilities: • He must be the leader, and must schedule, coordinate; monitoring all processes Construction Quality Control for civil works to be developed on Site, and also at the same time performing internal QC coordination, rather than the interface to the Client and third parties at a time with Subcontractors in all site QC aspects in the absence of the QC Site Manager. • He must be able to prepare QC documentation, review and coordinate QC documentation from the Contractor, Subcontractor and Client (ITP, QC procedures, Method Statements, final dossiers, weekly/monthly reports, PIM, etc.) about Quality Control aspects for civil works, including also answering technical QC queries and finding technical solutions. He must to advise internally and the Subcontractors about the interpretation of the QC documentation emitted by for the Project. • To verify the fulfilment of the specifications and procedures applicable to the QC activities of construction. Requirements • Engineering degree (preferable) or certified from a recognized institute in one of the construction disciplines, i.e. Civil, (piling, earth works, testing, materials, concrete, steel structure, legalization process, etc.). • Good knowledge of international civil codes and standards for construction civil works, Preferable knowledge of Quality Assurance and ISO 9001-2008 • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Petrochemical industry and construction activities. • Must have held minimum 10 years Quality Control civil inspector. • He must have organizational, communication skills and able to give the necessary training to the construction team to meet project QC requirements. • Full proficiency in English, other languages would be appreciated. • Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software and other Company and discipline specific software applications. • Several locations for several projects: Algeria, Kuwait, Emirates, Panamá
