The function:
The Training Department is linked to the Operational Excellence team and part of the department Business Support and Business Development.
The Training Department is working to support the GSP/OC governance role worldwide by delivering training and on-site support for the roll-out of our processes, systems and communication standards in other Daimler contact centers all over the globe.
As training consultant, you will be steering and coordinating the preparation, co-creation and delivery of above mentioned training solutions to our internal customers in Operations and our external partners. You will be constantly interacting with employees from different hierarchical layers the CAC and in Daimler.
The global character of your activities will require you to be flexible for frequent travelling all over the world (approx. 20% of your working time).
As a training consultant you will be involved in developing, co-creating and organizing training solutions for our internal customers in Operations and to our external partners. Your focus is on the best possible training solution for the widest possible target group for all relevant topics within and outside of GSP/OC. You will be constantly interacting with employees from different hierarchical levels inside and outside of the CAC. Trainings you concept and deliver will focus on how to prepare new and existing agents and externals for new business. You will have a high involvement in projects in GSP/OC and beyond.
You are a brand ambassador for GSP/OC and Daimler, with positive communication towards your training participants and internal and external stakeholders. When you signal a problem in your daily work, both inside the training discipline, within the CAC and at the satellites or in other Daimler entities, you bring to the table various possible solutions.
You contribute to a high quality functioning of the Training Department, GSP/OC and Daimler with your daily work (training concepts, projects, personal planning and administration). You play an important role in the qualitative growth of the contact centre business model within GSP.
You are a training professional (by education and attitude) and you are able to see training solutions in the bigger picture of Daimler business.
You continuously strive to develop yourself in order to develop your business. You make sure you pro-actively move forward on personal, team, department and organizational level.
