Your main functions will be:
Customer Service and implementation:
? Support complex platform implementations
? Reconcile reporting and troubleshoot technical questions
? Identify and aggregate customer feedback
? Collaborate with other team members to complete team projects and meet goals
? Provide on-going product training to customer’s organizations and technical overviews
of new feature sets as they are developed
? Follow-up of events and strategic clients: reporting results, identifying case studies and
establishing long-term relationships based on Ticketea key values: simple, surprising,
analytical, honest, collaborative and fun!
Sales support:
? Identify new business opportunities
Marketing:
? Support, adaptation and update of content marketing, translations, communications and
promotions
? Meticulous attention to detail
? Raised in Portugal
? Passionate about events in general and live music in particular
? Fluent in Portuguese and English
? Fearless phone skills and exceptional written communication
? Entrepreneurship skills and make-it happen spirit
? The ability to manage multiple high priority projects without missing a beat
? BA degree
? Used to work with platforms and DIY features technology
Bonus points
? MBA or post-graduate
? Experience supporting a highly configurable web based platform
? Familiarized with Salesforce
? Performance with excel, powerpoint and communications applications
? Ticketing experience
? Previous experience within start-up and music industry
