Summary of the role This position is required to support and provide analysis for the automation project of e-commerce in particular the processing of data files and financial analysis for airline customers. In addition, support and analysis is required for the project of implementation of new products such as EMD. Further tasks include the billing of airlines products such as PNR Push/Pull and Message Net. Main responsibilities BILLING AND REFERENCE DATA MAINTENANCE: • Ensure SAP (SD and MM modules) is properly set up. • Control and monitor billing of contracts/products you are in charge of. In order to ensure correct billing (debiting and crediting) to company Customers and Vendors. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: • Support contract management process of commercial and financial interpretation, billing definition and reporting to comply with the financial conditions defined in the customer agreements • Track and self-audit the monthly revenues and activity to ensure the annual commitments are met within the term of the agreement. Provide financial analysis support to the commercial team for business initiatives. Support RM Manager and other teams during contract negotiations by providing financial analysis. BUSINESS CONTROLLING: • Identify and follow-up revenue opportunities by analyzing revenue trends and identifying major deviations and Contractual visibility for assigned products • Internal controls to secure and optimize Revenues for assigned products
