IE Editorial is a strategic department of the Dean’s office, which is a key part of our students learning experience. Key Action Areas: IE Editorial is in charge of the learning platform for the IE community to be used by faculty (in-house and associate professors), program supervisors and students, among others. • Coordinate, monitor, control and launch of the new CMS (Content Management System) knowledge database of e-syllabus. • In coordination with the documentation team, prepare faculty members´ teaching materials in due time and manner and coursepack for students. • Coordinate with Programs and Degree management teams for the correct handling of the e-syllabus process and of the preparation of the Print on Demand & POD Delivery Service for IE Schools and IE University. • Control of budgetary items. • Verify that deadlines and criteria are met. • Protect intellectual property. • Provide support through dissemination of faculty publications and new projects and initiatives focused on technological innovation.
