At least two years experience in developing server-side software
Python knowledge
Familiarity with REST, JSON, SQL, Flask and SQLAlchemy
Experience using GIT
Used to do Unit and Integration testing
Strong teamwork skills
Experience with JIRA or the Kanban process will be beneficial
