WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for candidates with a solid experience in Business Development in the Internet or Telco Industry to join a high-growth startup company.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
New Business Development
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Identify the decision makers within the client organization.
- Work with team to develop proposals aligned client's needs and objectives.
Client Retention
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Business Development Planning
- Consult with CEO on business trends with a view to developing new products and services
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels leading to an increase in sales.
- Using market/competitors knowledge develop the company's unique selling propositions.
Management and Research
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered and managed.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met along with Country Managers.
-Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
