1.Responsibilities and Function
- Develop SPRIM’s portfolio of client and generate revenues for SPRIM’s Business in SPAIN and UK.
- Focus on Existing and New Business mostly for the Health Marketing and Communications + Strategy and Innovation Practices.
- Focus on the following health related industries : Pharma, CHC, Nutrition, Food and Personal Care.
- Execute multi channel lead generation and engagement campaigns through digital, email marketing, Cold Calling, social media marketing…
- Organize, prioritize, implement, follow-up and learn from existing BD programs and from automated marketing campaigns
- Ensure that the sales intelligence process is at any time updated at team and CRM levels (Dynamics)
- Organize a flow of Corporate and Practice Presentation meetings with potential clients both by face to face presentation or conference calls. Present SPRIM to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Create a pipeline at New Business level
- Participate with execution teams and practice leaders in the production of proposals / commercial offers.
- Close deals and support the BD and KAM teams in closing deals.
- Report on a weekly/monthly/quaterly basis progress of every step of the SPRIM BD process.
• Salary: 22.500€ + Sales Bonus
- Qualifications for this position include a master's degree and seven to 2/3 years of experience in Healthcare Agency or Consulting in Business development or Key account management roles.
- Other qualifications shall include
o knowledge of the specific industry (A sound understanding of the European and a thorough understanding of the UK Pharma and CHC Industries is key),
o proven track-records of engagement capabilities and revenue generation capabilities, knowledge of sales process in agency and/or consultancy environments
o agency or consulting experience for the Pharma and CHC Industries.
3. Languages and IT litteracy
• Native in English
• Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German a plus
• Be used to work with CRMS and cloud based solutions such as : Dynamics 365, Office 365, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Marketo…

• Confident at Engageming with leads at all levels (cold calling, fairs, email, f2f…)
• A positive attitude to dealing with people, teams and clients
• Resilient, hard-working indivual with a passion for sales and business development
• Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
• Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
• Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Driving license (own car is preferable)
