Key Accountabilities (in order of priority)
• Develop, implement and maintain an overall business strategy for the multi-site segment of the business in the S&P – particular the retail ,utilities ,industry verticals
• Grow sales and profitability in line with overall company targets.
Business development:
• Identify and convert opportunities to drive sales in line with company strategy “direct touch, indirect fulfillment”.
Channel management:
• Develop and implement strategy in line with company’s overall strategy to maximize Value Added Resellers and distributors to further increase sales revenue.
• Work with channel and technology partner network to develop joint business plans, value propositions and marketing programs.
End User Support
• Act as the primary point of contact and provide ongoing support to existing key (multi-site) end users
General:
• Cultivate trust and credibility with peers and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Expertly demonstrate products to prospects and customers
• Give constructive and quantitative information to help in the maintenance of product and sales manuals, technical documentation and pricing schedules.
• Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
• Conduct contract negotiations with prospective and renewing channels
• Provide monthly reports and follow policies and procedures set by the company.
• Meet and exceed quota requirements for the assigned territory
• Continuously manage for market, margin and inventory optimization.
• Adherence to OH&S policy and procedures
• Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required
