Requisitos: Skills and Experience: This is a business critical role which demands the skills to drive growth within a highly competitive environment. As well as strong leadership and superior relationship management skills, the CMH must have a broad Licensing knowledge and seasoned experience when addressing complex Licensing issues within a matrix organisation. · Proven P&L management. · Team leadership, translating vision into goals, objectives and deliverables. · Previous demonstration of success as a multi category leader in the Hardlines industry. · Established strong licensee and retailers relationships. · Experience of operating in or an understanding of matrix management. · Understanding of various licensing models including the DTR model. · Ability to build confidence and trust in others, showing consistency between words and actions, and maintain a positive outlook, working constructively under stress and pressure. · Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
