The Corporate Collaboration and Knowledge Management team strives to drive holistic change across our company to get employees, processes and tools to work together as seamlessly as possible for optimum business performance. One current focus is an enterprise social collaboration transformation, changing the our culture, way of working and technology to allow people to work faster, more innovatively and in a more connected manner.
In this context, the Change Manager is responsible for driving the implementation and adoption of the new tool, (powered by MangoApps), and its associated use cases and cultures (such as working out loud, social business, etc.) So far, a pilot has been run with volunteers who offered to test out a use case in a business context. Adoption has been viral and by interest only. Starting this summer, we will run a more systematic deployment of the tool, division by division.
Main responsibilities
Communication:
Recording of pilot success stories, create a communications plan per division implementation, work with the rest of the team on wider awareness messaging, and communicate (or ensure communication) of all messages in the plan.
Support: continue building support processes and material. Ensure support options are communicated as part of rollouts. Management of pilots community.
Learning: continue to work with our consulting partners on developing necessary learning modules, by use case or more generally. Run regular training webinars.
Community Management: help with the ongoing day to day animation of our Groups and troubleshoot user problems. Help new group concepts get started upon request.
Analysis: measure the change readiness of top sponsors and each division.
Measurement: measure before and after implementations to follow the success of all change initiatives and keep an eye on our Groups adoption. Communicate outcomes to necessary stakeholders.
Org design: formalizing community strategist and social ninja roles and ensuring their use within the organization.
Sponsorship: obtain management and ninja (champion) sponsorship as part of the divisional rollouts. Clearly communicate the expectations of the role and follow up to ensure that the sponsorship is sufficiently visible.
Enterprise community strategy: Governance, new functionalities, crisis plan.
