To which one do you match? 1) RAN Expert • Knowledge of LTE, WCDMA, GSM, HSPA or similar wireless technology, CDMA is a plus • Knowledge of Backhaul technologies like microwave is beneficial • Good overview on operational aspects of communication networks in the area of mobile networks • Ability to work in team as well as strong planning, configuration and technical skills Your tasks and responsibilities will be: * Consulting of network operators in the area of analyzing, designing, planning and operating of mobile networks * Analysis of designs and concepts of complex communication LTE networks * Support of network operators in the migration from conventional to modern telecommunications networks * Evaluation of measurement data (protocol analysis) and network KPI * Identification of failures and optimization potential * Assessment of RAN infrastructures * Optimization of configurations and parameters in the RAN domain 2) Radio Optimization Engineer * Knowledge of architectures, interfaces and elements of mobile and fixed networks * Good knowledge of RAN-parameter planning and optimization * Good knowledge of mobile standards (e.g. GSM, UMTS, HSPA, LTE) Your tasks and responsibilities will be: * E2E optimization of different communication networks * Analysis and optimization of network structures with regard to costs, performance and reliability * Support of network operators during the migration from conventional to modern communication networks 3) Core Network Expert * Knowledge of different network types * Deep knowledge in analyzing, designing, dimensioning, rollout, auditing and optimization of 2G and 3G CS/PS Core networks and ePC/IMS including the network elements like MSC, MGW, HLR/HSS, SGSN/GGSN, MME/SGW/PGW, CSCF/MGCF/TAS Your tasks and responsibilities will be: * Analysis and design of CS/PS Core networks as well as ePC/IMS * Execution of CS/PS Core networks and ePC/IMS audits * Network performance and optimization (2G, 3G and 4G) * Upgrade, dimensioning and evolution of networks Interface trace analysis Do you think you are the person we are referring to?
