Requisitos: University degree in construction or civil engineering, or equivalent Fluent in English (written, verbal and presentation); other languages are a plus Demonstrated experience in building and yard design and cost estimation Good knowledge of international building codes, regulations and other legal requirements Good knowledge of construction design and techniques and of renovation and extension of existing buildings Good knowledge of site inspections, testing (sewage, drainage, etc.), materials, equipment and labour requirements and the costs they generate Experience with project management; certification (PMI, Prince2) Working knowledge of asset management and warehouse management systems Proficient in technical drawing software such as AutoCAD Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of computer-aided facilities management systems is a plus Experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments
