Requisitos: · Knowledge / expertise around as many areas within the Smart Buildings space as possible: Access Control, Identity Management, Lighting, HVAC, CCTV · Experience in integration of the above systems into an iBMS platform · Familiarity/ Experience with the main players / suppliers in this space (Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider) · Sufficient technical understanding or experience about underlying technologies or protocols: Modbus, BacnetIP, OCP · Real experience in Smart Building implementation projects (ideally with project management and/or solutions architecture role) · Ability to design the User Experience/journeys for the different stakeholders (visitor, employees, facility manager,...) · Ability to analyze the market and provide the best of breed partners to fulfill the technology requirements to deliver these journeys; · Minimum years of experience: 5 (more senior candidates are welcome) · Professional-level English speaker
