As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Increase the conversation rate of the B2B website traffic into leads
- Increase the conversation rate of those leads into signatures
- Implement all the maintenance and new features
- Improve the signature process in order to make the closure of deals would be faster and easier
- Understanding clients' (B2B) needs in surveys, sales meetings, interviews, etc.
- Adapt and improve the content of the website (through copy, design, UX) in order to increase conversion
- Be in constant contact with designers and developers for improvement
- Improve the inbound sales process
